On Love and Marriage

PERFECT isn’t when two people are together. It’s when you’re both DIFFERENT but you COMPLETE each other. After nearly 3 decades of marriage, I believe that there are no perfect partners. No one is better or lesser… just different. So if the couple understands and accepts each other’s individuality, then they will go a long way.

Of course, love cannot really be measured. Not as deep as the ocean or as high as the sky. Love is immeasurable and unfathomable. When you find someone who completes you, be yourself. Love unconditionally and offer the best of you.

Take time to go out as a couple and enjoy each other’s company without the hassles of everyday life. Nurture your relationship by spending time and enjoying the simple pleasures of life together. My husband and I love the beach. The ocean breeze is very rejuvenating for us. What about you? What do you enjoy most?

Marriage takes a lot of hard work. But as long as God is in your midst then love, companionship and intimacy will remain no matter how many years pass by.

Cheers to all couples out there! Enjoy the love. It is the most precious thing.
